Eram Educational Society (Ees)
In 1970, a visionary young man born in a village of Barabanki District near the Capital of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow without resources, money or support started a mission to educate the society. He visualised that the path to alleviate the masses out of poverty and to mitigate their social ills can be done only through education. With this dream he embarked upon the journey to provide education to the students with a sense of cultural history along with an analytical inquiring mind. Hence, Dr. K.S.M. Yunus in an inspired moment envisaged upon the blended form of education in terms of spirituality and science which eventually gave birth to Eram Educational Society with 6 students and 2 teachers under the bylanes of Golaganj, Baroodkhana; a locality in the old city area of Lucknow.
In the following five decades, Eram Educational Society (Ees) grew to thirty six institutions catering to the needs of students from primary to post-graduate level. Today the educational conglomerate campuses over millions of square feet of built up area and acres of generous open grounds. Combined years of experience in education with a unique curriculum, excellent infrastructure, committed responsive faculty, unwavering commitment to quality education, today Ees has more than 15,000 students, spread across 36 different campuses in Lucknow and Barabanki. At present, Ees is focused on following main educational areas: Medicine, Management, Teachers Training Institutions, Humanities, Computer Training Centres & Life Sciences and Madarsa Education.
All our campuses incorporate infrastructure that matches the best in the country ensuring that students have everything they need for a rich, stimulating campus life. The classrooms are spacious and well ventilated and students have access to the latest technical and research facilities. Be it cutting edge laboratories for our medical students or fully equipped workshops for our science and management students we endeavour to develop and provide supporting infrastructure everywhere. Ees in the next phase is coming up with a full-fledged MBBS College and Hospital, one Ayurvedic Medical College, one Unani Medical College and several other Degree & Teachers Training Institutions.
